For pure electric passenger cars, each car is given a subsidy of 20,000 yuan, and the municipal financial subsidy fund does not exceed 10% of the vehicle sales price after deducting the state subsidy; for the plug-in hybrid passenger car, each car is given 10,000 yuan. The subsidy and the municipal financial subsidy fund shall not exceed 5% of the vehicle sales price after deducting the state subsidy.
