Vehicle overloading poses serious hazards to safe driving and transportation. 1. During the journey, the overloaded tanker will bring pressure on the road surface that exceeds the design load, which will greatly shorten the useful life of the road. When the bridge passes, it may break the bridge and increase the maintenance cost.

2. When the vehicle is overloaded, the braking distance becomes longer due to the increased mass, which increases the danger. If the overload is very serious, it may exceed the load of the tire and cause the tire to be deformed, causing sudden bursts of tires, deviations, and even accidents of overturning. If the tank falls, it will lose the protection of the static electricity device, because the colliding friction of the oil in the tank will cause static electricity and cause the consequences of explosion.

3. It is an illegal act to drive an overloaded vehicle, and the driver will have a psychological burden on the degree of incompatibility. Serious operational errors will occur, affecting traffic safety, causing traffic accidents and causing harm to others.

4. When the vehicle is overloaded, the speed will decrease and it will not reach the normal speed. Directly affected the patency of the road.

Penalties imposed for overloading are also more stringent:

According to the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Road Traffic Safety," the provisions of Article 61: If a motorized cargo vehicle exceeds the quality of an approved load or carries passengers in violation of regulations, it shall be punished by the motor vehicle driver according to the following provisions:

(1) A fine of 200 yuan shall be imposed if the quality of the approved load exceeds 30 percent;

(2) A fine of 500 yuan shall be imposed if it exceeds 30% of the quality of the approved carrier and is less than 50%;

(3) A fine of 1,000 yuan shall be imposed if it exceeds 50 percent or more of the quality of the approved carrier and is less than 100 percent;

(4) A fine of 2,000 yuan shall be imposed if it exceeds the approved quality of more than one hundred percent;

(5) A fine of 2,000 yuan shall be imposed if the passenger is carried in violation of the regulations.

The Punching Unit:

This unit is consists of three pieces of machine body, two hydraulic pressure punching cylinders, four die bases with upper and lower dies, and two sets of servo systems for controlling stadia adjustment. This unit can be installed three different standards punches on each side. Every punch matches with one gas cylinder. The gas cylinder piston pole links a padding block, which installed between punch poles and oil cylinder press head. It automatic chooses punch, namely choose relevant gas cylinder to drive relevant padding block according to the order of computer. The position of stadia is located by servo motor, which drives ball screw to drive die base move up and down, thus to achieve the requirement of stadia position. It can punch many rows and different diameters holes on two wings of angle steel.
