Precautions for operating a high pressure cleaner

First, pay attention to the requirements of vehicles for water. If you need to inhale river water or pond water in the process of driving a high-pressure cleaning vehicle , it is necessary to install filtering equipment at the port of the suction pipe before absorbing water, so as to avoid ingesting sediment and obstructions while inhaling river water. If the inhaled water source is relatively shallow, it is best for the staff to dig deeper into the water absorption area in advance to ensure that the water absorption process does not contain too much impurities and stains.

Second, the requirements before the vehicle absorbs water. If the high-pressure cleaning vehicle uses a centrifugal pump, before water is absorbed, it is necessary to inject proper amount of water into the pump first, and wait until the water is added to close the water inlet. If the cleaning vehicle uses a self-priming pump, it will need to add water the first time it is absorbed. However, it may not be added later.

Third, pay attention to parking files. Regardless of whether the high-pressure cleaning vehicle is absorbing water or before the official cleaning work, the on-vehicle hanging device can only be used when parking.

Fourth, pay attention to regular vehicle emissions. Under normal circumstances, there is no discharge pipe for the storage tank carried on the high-pressure cleaning vehicle, and the drain inlet of the storage tank is at the lowest point of the tank. After the vehicle has been in operation for a period of time, managers must remember that the drain switch on the storage tank must be opened periodically to discharge the dirt left in the tank until the water in the tank becomes clear. Sewage is finished.

Fifth, remember to release water before winter arrives. Before the cold winter arrives, the cleaning vehicle administrator must drain the water left in the pump and the water pipe to prevent the freezing of the water pump caused by the cold weather.
