1, installation and correction:
(1) Clear the grease and dirt on the base, the base on the ground.
(2) Check the level of the base with the spirit level, leveling with wedge iron.
(3) cementing base and anchor bolt holes.
(4) After the cement is dry, check whether the holes in the base and the anchor bolt are loose, and tighten the anchor bolt when appropriate and check the level again.
(5) Clean the support plane of the base, the pump foot and the motor foot plane, and install the pump and motor on the base.
(6) The coupling should maintain a certain gap between, check the pump shaft and the motor shaft center line is consistent, thin shims can be adjusted to concentric.
Measuring the coupling outside the park up and down, about the difference between the left and right shall not exceed 0.1mm, the gap between the two coupling end face gap between the maximum and minimum shall not exceed 0.3mm.
