Instructions

The general recommended cleaning process conditions are as follows:
Cleaning method: It can be cleaned by hot soaking (additional bubbling or shaking), ultrasonic cleaning, manual wiping, etc.
Washing concentration: use 5-10% aqueous solution of cleaning agent.
Cleaning temperature: It can be used at normal temperature, but it is better to clean at 50~80 °C.
Cleaning time: 5 to 10 minutes.
After washing, rinse with water, then dry, dry, and properly packaged and stored.

Precautions

If the product is steel, pay attention to the problem of rust prevention. Generally, after the oil is cleaned in the washing tank, a barrel of RSB-606 water-based rust inhibitor is added to the rinsing tank to prevent the product from rusting, and all aluminum parts are not required, depending on the material.
