Analysis of the basic working principle of Verabar flowmeter and the reasons for its selection

When the fluid flows through the Weiliba flowmeter sensor (probe), it causes the streamer to shrink partially and the fluid adheres to the active state. Therefore, the flow velocity is the largest at the smallest cross-sectional area of ​​the stream, according to the principle of Bernoulli's kinetic energy and potential energy mutual transformation. The lowest static pressure of the fluid is at the minimum flow velocity area.

Therefore, the positive and negative pressure difference ΔP is formed on the personnel side and the outlet side of the sensor, and this ΔP is proportional to the square of the flow rate. Verabar flowmeter penetrating differential pressure flow meter uses this principle to measure the flow rate. The line transmits the △P signal from the pressure guiding tube and passes the differential pressure transmitter to the intelligent flow accounting display controller to display the flow.

Because the wide range of the power bar, pressure loss, low energy consumption, simple equipment, basic maintenance-free. The power sensor (probe) can be selected based on the existing technology pipeline size. It is not necessary to think like a vortex flowmeter to be satisfied that the fluid flow rate must not be less than 5 s.

Because of the long interval between steam line transmissions, the pressure swing is also large. When measuring a full steam pipe with eddy currents for a typical ring probe or diamond probe, the probe may vibrate with its natural frequency, resulting in distortion of the measurement results. The Verabar probe counteracts the onset of this resonance scene through the factory-set maximum stress.
