Working fire in Gurnee, 2-14-18

This just came in from Tim Olk: --- The fire broke out in the basement unit of an apartment building on Greenview Court in Gurnee. When the firefighters arrived, heavy smoke was already spreading throughout the entire building. It sounds like it was quite an intense situation right from the start. Thankfully, no serious injuries were reported, but it’s clear the firefighters had their hands full dealing with the heavy smoke and potential damage.
