The Aluminum Can Baler is designed to compress various metal scraps such as steel shavings, waste copper, aluminum, stainless steel, and scrap cars into regular shapes like squares, columns, or cylinders. This process reduces transportation and refining costs while making the logistics more efficient. It is widely used in steel plants, recycling companies, waste recovery centers, and metal refining industries. The compression chamber and bale dimensions can be customized based on your needs.
All models are hydraulically driven, and you can choose between manual operation or PLC automatic control. This makes the machine versatile for different production environments.

Detailed Machine Parts:
1. Name: Guard Board
We use imported HARDOX NM500 wear plate on the gate and feed box. This makes the machine stronger and more wear-resistant, extending its service life.
2. Name: High Pressure Hose Joint
Instead of using screw-type couplings, we adopt FAS sealing flanges which offer better sealability, anti-vibration, and resistance to leaks.
3. Name: Blade
We use blades on the door sides and feed box sides. These blades can cut extra scrap during operation, protecting the machine from damage.
4. Name: Water Cooler
Every machine is equipped with a water cooler, which helps reduce oil temperature and prevent overheating.
