Adjustable Mobile Belt Conveyor
The Diagonal Model Ceramic Belt Conveyor Cleaner is based on foreign technology and patented design (Patent No. ZL2011 2 0473551.1). It incorporates multiple alumina ceramic segments with uniquely profiled cleaning edges, mounted on two stainless steel aircraft cables threaded through each ceramic segment. This ensures optimal contact across the belt surface and a spring-loaded tensioning device that provides consistent pressure for effective cleaning of all types of waste material.

The diagonal belt scraper can be installed on smaller belts ranging from 60cm to 1.20m in length. The TMP V-shaped cleaner is suitable for conveyor belts of 1.20m to 1.60m in length, designed for maximum efficiency in removing waste materials. |
