Detailed Machine Parts:
1. Name: Guard Board
We use imported HARDOX NM500 wear plate on the gate and feed box. This makes the machine stronger and more resistant to wear, extending its service life.
2. Name: High Pressure Hose Joint
Instead of using screw-type couplings, we adopt FAS sealing flanges which offer better sealability. They provide better anti-vibration and resistance to leaks.
3. Name: Blade
We use blades on the door sides and feed box sides. These blades can cut extra scrap during operation, helping to protect the machine.
4. Name: Water Cooler
Every machine will be equipped with a water cooler. It helps reduce oil temperature and prevents it from becoming too high.
