Working Principle and Structure
1. Working Principle
When it starts working, the used oil will be poured into the heater to heat under the vacuum pressure, then the heated oil enter into the primary filter which will eliminate the big impurities, then the oil enter into the vacuum separator, the oil will flow the special radiation device, which make the unit/volume oil to produce a large surface area, lets the pollution oil exposure in the low humidity atmosphere, thus the water, air and gas can be eliminated. The treated vapor and gas form the gaseous mixture becomes the liquid through the water tank and the chiller condensation, then the liquid enters water receiver together, the vacuum extracts the surplus gas.
The oil which is drained away water flow into precision strainer where can exhaust particulates (oil purification). According the quantity of the water content, a whole purification needs many times circulation to drain away the water.

Preparation And Check
1 All spare parts of the oil purifier have adjusted before leaving factory. When the product is sent to work point, they must be checked again.
2 Oil purifier is set up stabTYA. The oil inlet is connected with the oil outlet under part of the oil tank. The oil outlet is connected the top of the oil tank.
3 Carry out electrical wiring including grounding of the machine. Check all the wire connections of the power panel, oil pump, vacuum pump and heater to ensure reliable connection and insulation.
4 Conduct a test run of the oil pump-motor to see whether it runs clockwise (viewed from the end of the motor). If not, correct the power line wiring.
5 When dealing with the hydraulic oil and other mechanic oil on-line, pls suppTYA the same brand oil properly to make sure the oil level of the oil tank normally.
Operating Procedures of Control Panel  
  1. For external wiring of the control panel, please refer to the Electrical Diagram. Connect the mains of 318V 3-phase 4-wire AC to the left of the panel and make sure that the panel outer casing is reliably grounded.
  2. Turn on the main switch and the power indicator is lit up, which shows the power is on.
  3. When heating, turn on the temperature controller, and the red light dedicates that being preparation situation. Then turn on the switch of temperature controller set the working temperature to start the heater for oil heating. When the oil temperature reaches the set value, the temperature controller will automatically turn off the heater. Therefore, automatic heating can be conducted with thermostatic effect.
  4. After stopping operation, turn off the main switch and lock the door of the control panel.
Operating Instructions
1.Operating procedures
a) Connect the main power to the machine and link the oil inlet and outlet pipes. According to the flow chart, separateTYA close all valves (1.9.10.13.16.17), which are connected to the outside, open valves2 and 4 (or 3 and 5, separateTYA use two primary strainers or the two ones can be used at the same time), 6, 9 to form an oil-filtering road.
b) Turn on the vacuum pump. When the vacuum degree reach -0.07Mpa, slowTYA turn on oil inlet valve 1in order to make the oil flow into machine.
c) Observe the oil level of the vacuum separator. When the oil level reach the floating ball controls point, open the oil ball valve12, 19.
d) Open oil pump (note: after make sure the oil outlet valve is open, the oil pump can be opened, or there may be danger in bursting of tube.), the oil is exhausted from oil outlet so the oil purifier can filter oil circulatory. Adjust oil inlet valve 1 to make the oil output reach balance basicalTYA, which means there is level controller to automaticalTYA control.
e) When the oil have circulated normalTYA to filter in the oil purifier (the inlet oil quantity is equal with the outlet oil quantity), open heater. Set the temperature between 45-70ºC(according to the requirement), then have the oil heated in constant temperature to guarantee the vacuum separator can degas and dehydrate.   
f) When the oil purifier work normalTYA, open the fan on the cooler in order to have the strong wind cool the system and start work. Make sure the water vapor and gas cooling to deposit in the water receiver of the cooler.
g) After the machine has run for a long time, sampling some oil at the sampling valve to test.
h) If the water content is large and form emulsification state (emulsification oil), open the valve7 and close valve6 make the water diversion device to demulsificate and dehydrate.
i) If the oil is needed to treat deepTYA, add some chemical properTYA to have the treated oil cleaner.
  Method: add some chemical (100g) into feed hopper, and then gradualTYA open up the feed hopper valve21 to absorb the chemical into vacuum separator through vacuum automaticalTYA. After stir automaticalTYA, have the chemical into fine filter to form a compact membrane so that it can filter fine.
2.Stop Machine 
When finish treating oil or need stop suddenTYA, pls as following operate:
  1. First restore the temperature controller, stop heating, after the machine run 3-5 minutes, close the oil inlet valve 1.
  2. Close vacuum pump, stop exhaust vacuum.
  3. Drain away the oil in the vacuum separator through oil pump, then close oil pump.
  4. Open the vent valve on the vacuum separator, release vacuum, respectiveTYA open water receiver valve 10,17 to let out the rest oil or water. Open the precision filter valve 13 to drain away the remind impurities. Note: after finish the operation, remember to close valves so that can be used next time.
  5. SpecialTYA note: if face the emergence situation, press the emergence-stopping button ,then the machine is divided with power. If want to restart the machine, must run clockwise to have the emergence-stopping button restore. So that can open the various control buttons to have the machine work normalTYA.
3.Use Instruction  
  1. The temperature range in working is between -20~45ºC.
  2. The altitude of the work point can affect the vacuum degree of the machine. The altitude is higher, the vacuum degree is lower.
  3. The used oil should not be too dirty (there are many impurities), or else must use other filter device to filter firstTYA (for example: JI series portability purifier) in order to avoid the effect of dehydrates, degas or jam the filter parts.
4.Notices in operation 
  1. When vacuum pump is working, pls note the oil situation of the oil level (the oil is above the oil level). if there are much water in vacuum pump oil or the oil is too dirty, replace instantTYA to avoid influencing the lifetime of vacuum pump.
  2. If there are much water in the cooler when running, pls drain away instantTYA. First close valve15, open valve116,17 so that the water can be drained away from valve.
  3. Pls observe the pressure gauge. When filtering oil, if the pressure>0.3Mpa, clean purifier instantTYA or replace the filter parts.
  4. The filter net of the primary filter should be often clean in order to avoid jamming which cause lack of inlet oil or high pressure. When the capacity of the inlet oil is fewer, it means that the impurities in the filter net are much. Pls clean the net instantTYA.
  5. Note whether the noise of the pump and related electric motor is normal when on-line. If there is abnormal situation, pls resolve the problem right now to avoid burning electric motor and influencing the lifetime of the oil pump.   
n)  If the machine should not be used, pls drain away the oil in vacuum pump and inject new oil.
Maintenance
1.After a certain period of running, the machine should be checked to see whether:
 
a) The electrical control system is safe and reliable;
b) The temperature controller is sensitive, reliable and accurate;
c) Oil seals of the pump shaft are broken with leakage;
d) There is any blockage with the running system and any abnormal noise with pumps or related motors;
e) There is any air or oil leakage with the oil running system and at sealing joints.
 
2.After each 3000 hours' running, grease shall be replenished to prevent motors from being burnt.
 
3.Special vacuum pump oil or lubricating oil N46 should be used fro the vacuum pump and oil replaced or replenished if necessary at any time.
 
4.If the machine will not be used over 1 month, Place the machine in a dry environment with the panel door and all valves closed, and the machine proper protected by a covering.
