Deepen the "three changes and one creation." We will rely on science and technology to improve yields as the main direction of attack, optimize the structure of varieties, and promote the "three changes and one creation" of the creation of improved grain from rice to rice, indica and japonica rice, and direct-to-live machine insertion. On the basis of constantly expanding the scale of high-yield and high-efficiency grain production, we will increase the establishment of the county-wide rural construction system, promote balanced production, and comprehensively increase grain and oil production capacity. Vigorously promote the "four main push" release system. In accordance with the overall requirements of high-yield and efficiency-building, the “four main push” list of major crops in Jiangsu Province will be regularly updated. Combine the production, ecological characteristics and advantages of each demonstration piece, select the appropriate dominant species in the list of main promotion varieties, and vigorously promote the high-yield, high-quality, high-(high) resistance varieties. Demonstration film fully implements fine seed subsidies, each demonstration piece uses the same species in principle, and the same kind of demonstration film for the same ecological area is encouraged to use the same variety; the prominent 2-3 main varieties created by the entire county, and the prominent one created by the entire township Variety. Accelerate the integration of high-yield technologies, promote the integration and promotion of precise and quantitative cultivation of rice, machine-planting and other technologies, and promote the integrated innovation and promotion of wheat homogenization, nesting, and quality-tuned cultivation techniques. We will vigorously promote advanced techniques such as soil testing, formula fertilization, and comprehensive prevention and control of diseases and pests, and prohibit the use of extensive planting techniques such as direct-seeded rice that are not conducive to the high-yield potential.

Vigorously carry out professional services. Taking professional services as an important content for the creation of high-yield food products and increasing efficiency, we have continuously increased our efforts to promote them. Through the creation of high-yield and efficiency-enhancing activities, we will vigorously cultivate specialized service organizations and give priority to supporting specialized service organizations that are registered and established by industry and commerce and civil affairs departments, or grass-roots agricultural technology departments, and agricultural technicians. Guide the service organization of the demonstration project of 10,000 mu to carry out specialized services in key aspects such as mechanical trenching, soil preparation, planting, harvesting, pest control, etc., as well as providing services for large-scale production. Large-scale production management has improved. Actively provide technical services for professional service organizations, help train specialized service personnel, improve service skills, guide professional organizations to formulate standardized service standards, standardize service behaviors, and improve service quality. Where conditions permit, step by step certifications will be introduced.
