Daqing Refining Domestic Catalyst to Realize Secondary Industrial Application
China Drying News On November 4, Daqing Refining & Chemical Company Lubricating Oil Plant Isomerization Dewaxing Unit completed the replacement of domestic isomerization dewaxing catalysts and supplementary refining catalysts, and successfully started to produce qualified products.
Heterogeneous dewaxing unit The replacement of three catalysts of R5200, R5300, and R5301 totaled more than 70 tons of catalysts, of which R5300 achieved the first industrial application of domestic catalysts in 2008. After three years of this change, not only was the upgrading of the domestic isomerization dewaxing catalyst of R5300, but also it was the first time to replace R5301's supplemental refining catalyst with a domestic one, realizing the progress of domestic catalysts and secondary industrial applications. It is reported that newer agents have many advantages such as shortening the transition time of raw material switching, increasing the sensitivity of reaction temperature to pour point, and so on, which can increase the processing capacity of the device to a certain extent and help improve the product structure.
