Danaher Motion Launches MechaWare 3.0 Toolkit
MechaWare 3.0 combines the mechanical system and control software design to accelerate the innovation cycle of original equipment manufacturers
August 7, 2008 - Danaher Motion, the world's leading provider of motion control solutions, today introduced the MechaWare 3.0 toolkit, the industry's only combination of mechanical systems and control software. Electromechanical kit for faster design cycles, higher motion system performance and faster time to market.
Designed for motion systems, MechaWare allows software engineers and mechanical engineers to design, test, and modify custom motion algorithms in a fraction of the time and cost of traditional methods. MechaWare 3.0 includes a complete set of capture, recording and visualization tools that integrate mechanical data, I/O data and software data into one measurement environment for easy analysis and optimization of machine performance. MechaWare is equipped with a set of standard function modules, which reduces the need for professional control theory knowledge, simplifies the workflow between control module development and real-time machine testing, and can be easily integrated into third-party tools such as MatLab, Simulink, etc. Run the code directly to test and measure the real-time performance of the machine.
