Thiourea accelerators have low promotion efficiency and poor scorch resistance, and diene rubbers have been rarely used. However, in some special cases, for example, when sulfur donors such as thiuram disulfide or polysulfide are used as vulcanizing agents, it has the function of active agent; thiourea accelerators are almost special accelerators for chloroprene rubber. The vulcanizate with good properties such as tensile strength, constant elongation stress and compression set can be obtained.
Curekind Thiourea accelerator series, including Curekind ETU, Curekind DETU, and ECO-friendly accelerator Curekind MTT, which can be replaced of ETU, used as vulcanization accelerator for CR compound.
