Waste Motor Oil Recycling Machine/Used Oil Distillation Machine/Oil Regeneration

The JZC series waste oil distillation equipment combines atmospheric and vacuum distillation systems, making it ideal for processing black waste oil such as engine oil, lube oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, dirty diesel oil, and mixed oils. Designed with a capacity of 6,000 tons, this system uses two stages of vaporization, with an atmospheric tower and a vacuum tower. Under vacuum-pyrolysis conditions, the machine separates waste oil into gasoline, diesel, and lubricant base oil. Operating at around 380°C under vacuum, it breaks down hydrocarbon molecules, recombining them into usable fuels and base oils. During the process, liquid waste oil is transformed into oil gas in the vacuum distillation tower, then condensed back into liquid form through cooling systems. This results in high-quality products that depend on the composition of the waste oil. The machine effectively removes debris, asphalt, wax, impurities, moisture, acid, carbon particles, and deep oxides, ensuring clean output.

Technical Parameters:

1. No chemicals or activators added during distillation; it's a pyrolysis process.

2. Regeneration occurs under high-temperature distillation (80°C to 580°C), transforming liquid oil to gaseous state. Different temperatures produce varying densities of diesel and base oil (light and heavy).

3. Environmentally friendly, producing minimal sludge, which is pure carbon material suitable for printing toner.

4. Heating options include electric heaters for small capacities and boilers for larger ones (fuel, natural gas, coal).


Recovery Rate:



Different Temperatures:

Step 1: Heat oil to 80ºC-110ºC at 0.098 MPa vacuum to remove water and some light fractions.

Step 2: Increase temperature to 120ºC-210ºC at 500 Pa vacuum to extract gasoline and diesel.
Step 3: Raise temperature to 220ºC-290ºC at 300 Pa vacuum to obtain SN100 base oil.
Step 4: Increase to 300ºC-350ºC at 200 Pa vacuum to get SN150 base oil.
Step 5: For SN100 and SN150 base oils, if a lighter color is needed, add 2-3% clay, mix, and filter at 120ºC for improved quality.
