Application:
The JZC series waste oil distillation (oil pyrolysis) equipment is a machine that combines atmospheric and vacuum distillation systems. It is specifically designed for distilling and regenerating black waste oil, including used engine oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, dirty diesel oil, and mixed oils. The system is capable of processing up to 6,000 tons of waste oil. The process involves two stages of vaporization, with an atmospheric tower design and a vacuum tower. This equipment effectively separates waste oil into gasoline, diesel, and lubricating base oil under vacuum-pyrolysis conditions. Operating at a temperature of 380°C under vacuum, it breaks down hydrocarbon molecules and recombines them into diesel and base oil. During the distillation process, liquid waste oil transforms into oil gas in the vacuum distillation tower under high temperature, then condenses back into liquid oil after passing through the oil cooling and water cooling systems. The final products depend on the composition of the waste oil, and the resulting oil has good color and quality. The JZC machine efficiently removes wear debris, asphalt, wax, impurities, moisture, acid, and carbon particles dispersed in the oil.

Technical Parameters:
1. No chemicals or activators are added during the distillation process; the JZC process is a pyrolysis method.
2. The regeneration process occurs under high-temperature distillation (80°C to 580°C), transforming liquid oil into gaseous state. Different temperatures produce different densities of diesel fuel and base oil (light and heavy base oil).
3. The JZC machine is eco-friendly, producing less sludge, which consists of pure carbon materials without any oil, and this sludge can be processed into carbon toner for printing purposes.
4. Heating devices are optional, including electric heaters (suitable for 2-ton and 5-ton capacities) and boilers (fuel, natural gas, or coal, suitable for 10-ton, 20-ton, or larger capacities).

Step 3: Raise the temperature to 220ºC–290ºC at 300 Pa vacuum to get SN100 base oil.
Step 4: Continue increasing the temperature to 300ºC–350ºC at 200 Pa vacuum to obtain SN150 base oil.
Step 5: For SN100 and SN150 base oils, if you need a lighter color, we can pump the oil to the decolorizing tank by adding 2–3% clay, mix, and heat to 120ºC, then filter through a press filter to achieve better-colored base oil.

Step 1: Heat the oil to 80ºC–110ºC at 0.098 MPa vacuum to remove water and some light fractions.
Step 2: Increase the temperature to 120ºC–210ºC at 500 Pa vacuum to obtain gasoline and diesel oil.Step 3: Raise the temperature to 220ºC–290ºC at 300 Pa vacuum to get SN100 base oil.
Step 4: Continue increasing the temperature to 300ºC–350ºC at 200 Pa vacuum to obtain SN150 base oil.
Step 5: For SN100 and SN150 base oils, if you need a lighter color, we can pump the oil to the decolorizing tank by adding 2–3% clay, mix, and heat to 120ºC, then filter through a press filter to achieve better-colored base oil.
