On this basis, Tong Dongcheng analyzed the commercial vehicle market in 2010 and said that this year it will be “high before the end of the year”, mainly from two aspects: “First, the policy coherence released last year, will continue in the first half; Second, China's growth rate is unstoppable. Last year, we assumed it was 8%, and the result was 9%. This year, through the first quarter, it will eventually be much higher than 9%.” Especially in the second half of the development process, Structural adjustments may occur during the steady development. “In particular, for commercial vehicles, the number of construction vehicles in the first half of this year has decreased compared to the same period of last year, and the number of road transport vehicles has increased. This year’s natural disasters are very serious, and they are very basic for the majority of rural areas. The construction has raised a very important issue. It is believed that the central government will increase investment in rural infrastructure construction in the second half of the year.
