This equipment is especially suitable for milk pasteurization and preservation, making it an essential component in ice cream production lines. **Structure:** 1. **Tank (SUS304):** Made from stainless steel plates with a polished surface for hygiene and durability. 2. **Jacket:** Constructed using A3 steel or 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel, equipped with a spiral device to allow cold water to flow from the bottom up, enabling efficient cooling without pressure. 3. **Insulation Layer:** Made of polyurethane or glass wool, forming a fish-scale pattern on the stainless steel plate to maintain internal temperature and reduce heat loss. 4. **Reducer:** A cycloid reducer is mounted on a bracket fixed to the frame. The impeller is connected via a loop mechanism, allowing for easy disassembly and cleaning. 5. **Thermometer:** Positioned on the beam at the lowest point of the medium, it ensures accurate temperature monitoring during sterilization and aging processes. **Installation:** The equipment should be placed on level feet, with the vertical reducer properly aligned. Pipelines must be installed correctly. When operating, ensure that the impeller rotates clockwise — reversing it may cause damage or inefficiency. **Usage and Maintenance:** 1. Before use, the tank should be cleaned with clean water and sterilized with steam. Material slurry can be added through a fixed pipe on the cylinder head, or by opening the head, ensuring not to overfill to prevent splashing and contamination. 2. **Heating Method:** Close the refrigerant inlet valve, drain any residual refrigerant, then introduce the material.
