It is especially suitable for milk pasteurization and preservation, making it an essential component in ice cream production lines. **Structure:** 1. **Tank (304 Stainless Steel):** Made from polished stainless steel plates, ensuring durability and hygiene. 2. **Jacket:** Constructed from A3 steel or 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel with a spiral reinforcing ring. Cold water flows from the bottom up (without pressure), allowing effective cooling and temperature control. 3. **Insulation Layer:** Composed of polyurethane or glass wool, forming a fish-scale pattern to maintain internal temperature and prevent heat loss. 4. **Reducer:** Equipped with a cycloid reducer, fixed on the beam and connected to the impeller via a loop mechanism for easy disassembly and cleaning. 5. **Thermometer:** Positioned at the lowest point of the medium, providing accurate temperature readings during sterilization and aging processes. **Installation:** Ensure the equipment's support feet are adjusted to maintain horizontal and vertical alignment. Connect the necessary pipelines, and always check that the impeller rotates clockwise—reversing it may cause damage. **Usage and Maintenance:** 1. Before use, clean the tank with light water and sterilize it with steam. Material slurry can be poured into the cylinder through a fixed material pipe or by opening the cylinder head. Avoid overfilling to prevent splashing and contamination. 2. **Heating Method:** Close the refrigerant inlet valve, drain any remaining refrigerant, then introduce the material. Start the blender before opening the steam valve.
