**Production Process:**
The production line starts with a mechanical decoiler that straightens and blanks the steel coil. The deep drawing machine then forms the cylinder shells. Afterward, an automatic flushing machine cleans the heads before they are welded. A trimming and polishing machine ensures smooth edges on both ends of the cylinder.
A hole punching and logo-making machine creates the necessary openings and marks the top of the cylinder. The socket welding machine completes the valve seat ring joint, while the handle welding machine secures the handle in place.
Other essential machines include the joggling machine, bottom base welding machine, and longitudinal seam welding machine. The assembly and spot welding machine brings the two halves together, followed by full automation in circumferential welding.
The LPG gas furnace is used for heat treatment, ensuring the cylinders meet quality standards. An automatic hydro testing machine checks for leaks and pressure resistance, while a drying oven prepares the cylinders for surface treatment.
