STD ballast water treatment system is certified by BV type

BALPURE is an economical and reliable method of ballast water treatment and has been proven to exceed 10 times the IMO D-2 standard. BALPURE's turbulent treatment allows for remote placement away from the ballast water main line, and approximately one percent of the total ballast water flow is used to produce hypochlorite disinfectant. This turbulence method, combined with the design that only needs to be processed during the water absorption period of the ballast cycle, greatly reduces the energy requirements compared to other similar technologies, thus ensuring low operating costs.
