1) The LSW-160 induction heating machine is based on IGBT series parallel induction heating technology.
2) It heats the surface and internal temperature of the workpiece evenly through electromagnetic induction and heat conduction.
3) The principle used is magnetic induction heating.
4) Oscillation frequency selection depends on the diameter of the workpiece; the larger the diameter, the lower the required frequency.
5) Power selection is determined by the size of the workpiece and the desired efficiency; larger diameters or higher efficiency requirements mean higher power is needed.

Heating/Forging:
Multifunction of induction heating/forging machine:
1) Heating/Hot forging: hot forging and rolling of standard fasteners, automotive parts, hardware, cables, twist drills, etc.
2) Hardening/Quenching: quenching of shafts, gears, chain wheels, castellated shafts, machine tool surfaces, and bodies, as well as automotive and motorcycle parts.
3) Welding/Brazing: brazing of diamond saw blades, alloy tools (lathe tools, reamers, milling tools), mining tools (drill bits, cutting picks), copper tubes, motor copper lines, and copper bars.
