The PVC+PMMA/ASA Colored Glazed Roofing Ridge Tile Extruder is designed to produce high-quality glazed roof tiles. It uses advanced mold technology and surface treatments such as hot stamping or water transfer printing, resulting in a mirror-like finish that mimics the smooth and shiny texture of marble.

1. Coincal Twin Screw Extruder:
This extruder is equipped with specially designed screws tailored for different materials, ensuring uniform plasticization and high extrusion efficiency. It uses imported AC inverters to maintain stable rotation speed and synchronized operation with auxiliary machines.

2. Profile Moulds:
Made from 3Cr17 material, these include die head parts, vacuum calibrator components, and water cooling tank parts.

3. Vacuum Calibrating Table:
Features a powerful turbo cooling system for efficient cooling. Available in 4m or 6m configurations depending on customer needs.

4. Hot Stamping Machine:
At least 9 sets are included to ensure efficient surface treatment.

5. Haul Off Machine:
Utilizes special lifting technology for stable and reliable performance with strong pulling force.

6. Cutting Machine:
Synchronized with the haul off speed for accurate automatic cutting. Includes a dust recycling system.

7. Other Accessories:
High-speed hot and cold mixers, plastic crushers, and pulverizers are also included.
