Performance and specification of Φ60mm horizontal stripping machine:

1. Application: Suitable for PVC and PE materials. It works with extruders ranging from Φ50 to Φ90mm.
2. Screw: Φ60mm, designed with advanced technology for stable and reliable performance. Material: SCAM-1, HRC: 60–63, L/D ratio: 25:1. Two screws are used—one for PVC and the other for LSHF.
3. Screw Cylinder: Φ60mm, treated with nitriding, precision grinding, and re-nitriding. Material: 38CrMoAl, internal wall hardness HRC63–76.
4. Extrusion Capacity: 60L/H
5. Gearbox: ZLY-133 type with high strength and polished hard tooth surface.
6. Heating: 7 segments (4 for the body, 1 for the neck, 2 for the stripping nozzle).
7. Cooling: Automatically cuts off heating power and activates the cooling blower when temperature exceeds the set point.
8. Screw Rotational Speed: Max. 120 RPM

Application: Suitable for communication wires, data wires, coaxial wires, RF, RG, JIS, etc., for foaming or solid extrusion, such as IEEE1394, DVI, HDMI, RG, DISPLAYPORT, etc. Maximum foaming degree: 50%.
Materials: FM-PE/PE, PP, PVC, SR, PVC, etc.
