Wire Granulator Machine General IntroductionThis copper wire recycling machine is designed for the efficient recovery of scrap copper wires and cables, such as automotive wires, telecommunications cables, and other types of copper wires. The system includes a crusher, crushed material channel, vibrating separator, air blower, dust collector, and underbed, ensuring a complete and effective process from input to output.
Wire Granulator Machine Main Features:
1. No water required—just feed in the cables directly into the system.
2. Turnkey and compact design with PLC control, requiring only 1-2 operators and occupying minimal space.

Wire Granulator Machine Working Process:
1. Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are crushed and the plastic sheath is separated from the copper. The length of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the sieve; larger meshes result in longer pieces and higher throughput. The appropriate mesh should be selected based on the type of material being processed.
2. The crushed mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces is conveyed to the separator. During this process, dust and some lightweight plastic fragments (such as fibers, ropes, or tapes mixed in the wires) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. The blower is connected to the dust collector, which uses a dust collection bag to prevent dust emissions, ensuring environmental protection. When the bag is full, the dust and plastic are discharged.
3. The separator efficiently separates plastic pieces from copper granules using differences in physical properties and specific gravity. By adjusting the conveying speed and vibration amplitude, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom of the sieve and rise upward, while plastic pieces (with lower specific gravity) move to the top and fall downward. Both materials are then discharged through separate outlets.
4. All components are mounted on the underbed, forming a compact structure. The machine is pre-adjusted and ready for production before shipping, requiring only a power connection upon installation.
