I.Introduction:
HZBB-10BÂ Intelligent Transformer Ratio and Connection Group Tester is equipped with a powerful ARM processor, 168MHz frequency, and 128MB of memory that can be expanded to 4GB via a memory card. The device features a 5-inch high-definition color touch screen, paired with the EmWin interface for an intuitive and user-friendly experience, allowing full touchscreen operation without the need for a physical keyboard. It also supports database management, enabling data export via USB or direct connection to a computer.
The compact and elegant design ensures portability while maintaining high performance. It uses a programmable signal source capable of outputting single-phase, two-phase, or three-phase standard sine waves or high-frequency sine signals, with adjustable phase and frequency. This makes it ideal for special transformers such as Z-type, rectifier, Scott, and anti-Scott transformers. The tester employs a proprietary algorithm developed by our company to measure three-phase transformer ratios accurately without requiring balanced power supply conditions, completing the test in about 3 seconds.
II. Main Features and Functions
1. This tester allows automatic measurement without any parameter setup, completing three-phase ratio and connection group measurements with simple operations—just press a button.2. It automatically measures both three-phase and single-phase transformer ratios and calculates the ratio error.
3. The built-in three-phase signal source enables testing of various transformer connection groups including Y/y, Y/d, D/y, D/d, ZN/y, ZN/d, rectifier, and traction transformers.
4. It can measure the connection group label and polarity of the transformer, clearly displaying the vector relationship between the primary and secondary windings.
5. It automatically tracks the on-load tap changer position and indicates the current tap point.
6. It displays the primary and secondary voltage waveforms and phase relationships, and measures the first and second harmonic voltages to help analyze transformer failures.
7. Supports CT and PT ratio testing and polarity checks.
8. Provides reliable automatic protection to ensure the device remains intact under abnormal conditions.
9. Compact and lightweight, it delivers accurate results quickly—completing tests in just 3 seconds.
10. Stores and prints all test results. It includes 128MB internal memory (expandable up to 4GB via a memory card), supports USB data export, and uploads data to a computer. The database can be opened in Excel for easy editing and archiving.
11. Features a 5-inch true-color touch screen, EmWin GUI interface, and Chinese input, making it easy to use. It also has a calendar and clock function that does not lose data when powered off, allowing you to save test times at any time.
12. Supports on-site printing via Bluetooth or serial printer.
