I. Introduction:
HZBB-10B Intelligent Transformer Ratio and Connection Group Tester uses a popular ARM processor, 168M frequency, 128M memory, expandable to 4G memory card. The LCD screen features a 5-inch high-definition color touch screen combined with emwin display, making the interface simple and user-friendly for full touch operation without a keyboard. It supports database management and can export data via USB or cable to a computer.
The compact design is both elegant and powerful, with a small size and lightweight. It utilizes a programmable signal source to output single-phase, two-phase, or three-phase standard sine or high-frequency sine signals, with adjustable phase and frequency. This makes it ideal for special transformers like Z-type, rectifier, Scott, and anti-Scott transformers. The tester uses an advanced algorithm developed by our company to measure three-phase transformer ratios accurately without balancing the power supply. As a result, the transformer ratio and wiring method can be measured in about 3 seconds.
II. Main Functions and Features
1. The tester performs automatic measurements without any parameter settings, completing three-phase ratio and connection group tests easily. Just press a button.2. It automatically measures three-phase and single-phase transformer ratios and calculates the ratio error.
3. The built-in three-phase signal source enables measurement of Y/y, Y/d, D/y, D/d, ZN/y, ZN/d, rectifier, traction, and various other transformer connection groups.
4. It can measure the transformer's connection group label and polarity, clearly displaying the vector relationship between the primary and secondary windings.
5. It automatically tracks the on-load tap-changer position of the transformer and indicates the current tap point.
6. It displays the primary and secondary voltage waveforms and phase relationships of the transformer. It can also measure the first and second harmonic voltages to help analyze transformer failures.
7. It can test CT and PT ratios and perform polarity tests.
8. It has perfect and reliable automatic protection to ensure the integrity of the device under abnormal conditions.
9. It is compact and lightweight, performing accurate measurements quickly (about 3 seconds per test).
10. It stores and prints all test results. It has a built-in 128M memory (expandable to 4G via memory card) and supports exporting the database via USB or uploading to a computer. The database can be opened in Excel for easy editing and archiving.
11. It features a 5-inch true-color touch screen with an emwinGUI interface and Chinese input, making it easy to use. It also includes a calendar and clock function that does not lose power, allowing you to store test times at any time.
12. It supports on-site printing using Bluetooth or serial printers.
