Electric Auto Oil Lubricator Pump Oil Air Filter
An automatic lubrication system (ALS), also known as a centralized lubrication system, is designed to deliver precise amounts of lubricant to multiple points on a machine while it's in operation. These systems can be fully automated or require manual activation through a pump or button, but they are still considered centralized systems. They are typically divided into two main types: oil-based and grease-based systems.
Oil systems are commonly used for stationary equipment like CNC machines, while grease systems are more suitable for mobile units such as trucks, mining vehicles, and construction machinery.
A standard lubrication system includes components such as a controller/timer, pump with reservoir, supply lines, distributors/metering valves, and feed lines.

Production Instructions
Our product range includes a wide variety of lubrication pumps (manual and electric), minimal quantity lubrication units, lubricant distributors (such as pre-lubrication distributors, re-lubrication distributors, progressive feeders, and metering units), filters, and various accessories like brushes, nozzles, spray heads, and reservoirs. We also provide connectors and tubes that are widely used in CNC machines and machining centers.
We offer tailored solutions based on your specific needs, ensuring the most efficient and effective lubrication system design. With years of experience and continuous innovation, we develop high-quality products that give our customers a competitive edge in the market.

The Engine cover (also known as the engine hood) is the most eye-catching body component. The main requirements for the engine cover are heat and sound insulation, light weight, and strong rigidity.
Why do some wheel loader hoods use FRP instead of iron? For example, SEM wheel loader.
If the glass fiber reinforced plastic makes the gravel smashed, it will be pitted, the paint will fall off, and the rust will become longer. FRP does not require care, and it is tougher than iron sheet and is not easy to be injured
We have SEM 50F, 650 loader engine hood, Lonking 855 loader engine hood, Liugong loader ZL50CN, 862H, 856 engine hood, SDLG 956L 952H 953 loader engine hood, XCMG engine hood LW500KL and more.
