Effect of cyclic load on grinding process
In closed-circuit grinding consisting of a grinding machine and a classifier, there is bound to be a cyclic load. In order to ensure a stable concentration and fineness of the mill discharge, the total ore (raw ore) of the mill should be stable and close to a constant, that is, the maximum throughput of the mill. The grinding ratio of the grinding machine is too large or too small to affect the productivity. The production practice proves that when the ratio of returning sand is 100-500%, the productivity of the grinding machine is increased by 20-30%, the ratio of sand returning increases, the productivity of the grinding machine increases slowly, and finally it tends to a limit value. The swelling and grading efficiency of the lattice type ball mill is reduced, which is often caused by the excessive sand return ratio. At present, most sand beneficiation plant back to between 300 to 500% higher productivity than the control grinding machine.
The passing capacity of the grinding machine refers to the ratio of the total ore supply of the grinding machine (raw ore plus returning sand) to the effective volume of the grinding machine. It is related to the type of grinding machine, the size of the ore feeding, etc., which is about 14~ 16 tons / m 3 • hour.
