Dura-shred's Granulators are designed to grind the rubber mulch from the Grater into small granules as fine as 10 mesh. The granules are screened and re-circulated until the desired size is reached and it can be made for rubber mats which are applied in playgrounds and garden paths.

Dura-shred's granulators are engineered to process rubber mulch from the grater into fine granules, as small as 10 mesh. These granules are continuously screened and recirculated until the desired particle size is achieved. The precise blade alignment and design of the granulator ensure a uniform cut, producing high-quality granules. During the granulation process, 99% of the fibers are removed, resulting in clean, contaminant-free crumb rubber that is ready for further processing or sale.
