**1. General Description**
The DW series belt dryer is one of our core products and has been continuously upgraded to reach an advanced level both domestically and internationally. The drying process involves distributing the material onto a conveyor belt using a charging device such as a star-shaped distributor, swinging belt, grinder, or granulator. The conveyor belt then passes through a drying chamber composed of one or more heating units. Each unit is equipped with an air heating system and a circulation system, while each drying section also includes one or more dehumidification systems. As the belt moves through the chamber, hot air flows through the material from top to bottom or vice versa, ensuring even drying. The heating source can be steam, thermal oil, flue gas, or electricity. Fans are used to enhance heat convection, transferring heat to the material while supplying fresh air and exhausting damp air. The drying chamber maintains optimal temperature and humidity levels, and the key advantage is that most of the hot air circulates within the chamber, enhancing heat and mass transfer efficiency and saving energy.

The belt dryer is a continuous drying equipment widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, building materials, and electronics. It is particularly suitable for drying flaky, strip-shaped, and granular materials that allow good airflow. For filter cakes and cream-like materials, they can be shaped using a granulator or extruder before being dried by the belt dryer.
