Cable Wire Recycling Machine General Introduction
This copper wire recycling machine is designed for recycling scrap copper wires and cables, such as automotive wires, telecommunications cables, and various types of copper wires, to recover valuable copper. The system consists of a crusher, crushed material channel, vibrating separator, air blower, dust collector, and underbed, among other components.

Cable Wire Recycling Machine Working Process:
1. Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are crushed and the plastic sheath is separated from the copper. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the sieve—larger mesh sizes produce longer pieces and higher output. The mesh should be selected based on the type of material being processed.
2. The crushed material (a mix of copper granules and plastic pieces) is conveyed to the separator by a conveyor. During this process, dust and lightweight plastic pieces (such as fibers, ropes, or tapes mixed in the wires) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. This blower is connected to the dust collector, which uses a dust collection bag to prevent dust emissions, ensuring environmental protection. When the bag is full, the dust and some light plastic pieces are discharged.
3. The separator is used to separate plastic pieces from copper granules. Due to differences in physical properties and specific gravity between materials, there is a deviation in specific gravity under the influence of aerodynamic forces and vibration friction. By adjusting the conveying speed and amplitude parameters, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move to the bottom of the sieve and travel upward, while plastic pieces (with lower specific gravity) move to the top of the copper granules and travel downward. In the end, both materials are discharged through different openings.
4. All units are installed on the underbed to form a complete structure. The machine is pre-adjusted for production before shipping, and the customer only needs to connect it to the power supply.
