Most Popular Gas Shield Welding Machine for Box Beams
The Box-beam welding machine is designed for CO2 gas shield welding after the assembly of box beams. It ensures high-quality welds by positioning the beam in a flat welding position and using an automated system to move along rails, welding the beveled edges efficiently.
The machine includes a travel unit, column, girder, platform, lifting arm, wire feeder, gas delivery system, electrical control panel, and the CO2 welding equipment itself. The control systems are integrated into the column, making it neat and user-friendly. The linkage between travel and welding controls enhances operational convenience.
Two models are available: XQHB Cantilever type and XQM Gantry Gate type, both suitable for gas shield and backing welding applications.
The CO2 gas welding system consists of a power source, wire feeder, cooling water tank, welding torch, and control box, ensuring reliable performance in various industrial settings.
