Artificial sand production lines often use wet processes, and regardless of the type of sand washing machine, one major drawback is the loss of fine sand particles (0.16mm), with some losing over 20%. This not only causes production losses but also affects sand gradation, leading to unbalanced fineness modulus and reducing product quality. Excessive fine sand emissions can also cause environmental pollution. To solve these issues, we developed the XS series fine sand recovery system. It combines advanced foreign technology with local conditions, providing a high-level solution for fine sand recovery. Widely used in hydropower aggregate processing systems, glass raw material processing systems, artificial sand production lines, coal preparation plants, and environmental engineering, it effectively addresses fine sand recovery challenges.
Working Principle of Sand Recovery Equipment, Fine Sand Recycling Machine
1. The fine sand recycling system consists of a motor, slurry pumps, cyclone, ZKR linear shaker, cleaning tank, and return bins.
2. The process involves transporting a sand and water mixture to the cyclone, where centrifugal classification concentrates the fine sand. It then moves to the vibrating screen for dehydration, allowing efficient separation of fine sand and water. A small amount of fine sand and mud is returned to the cleaning tank via return bins. The linear shaker achieves a recyclable material concentration of 70%-85%. Adjusting pump speed, mortar concentration, overflow water, and sand mouth allows control of the fineness modulus, completing the functions of cleaning, dehydration, and classification.
